Error when importing demo content

I get a “Error: error (500)” message when trying to import the “Main Demo Import.”

That’s the theme I want to install.

I’ve installed and activated all the required plugins.

I’m running WordPress v. 5.2.1

My hosting provider is WPEngine

The main demo imported or not, if the demo has been imported please ignore this message.

Other wise we will try to imported the in your hoisting please provide the url and wp admin access details.

the demo didn’t import, after the error nothing happens.
